Clear help, without a support widget watching you.

ImageSave is still preparing for Chrome Web Store release. This page is the support home for the website and the upcoming extension.

Before you report a problem

  1. Confirm you are using Google Chrome on an ordinary web page.
  2. Return to the page, reopen ImageSave, and choose Rescan.
  3. Check known limits for restricted pages, protected sources, animation, formats, and batch caps.
  4. If the extension is installed, use its Support or Settings screen to copy the privacy-safe diagnostic summary when available.

What to include

  • ImageSave version and Chrome version.
  • The action you took and the exact message shown.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • Whether the source was an ordinary image, CSS background, SVG, canvas, video poster, data URL, or blob URL, if you know.
  • A minimal public test page when it is safe and relevant.

Please do not send private images, authentication tokens, passwords, browser profiles, or a full browsing history. Redact page URLs and filenames when they are not necessary.

Response expectations

Support is handled by email on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed response or resolution time during the pre-release period. Security issues should follow the separate security process.
